1. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of the original transaction date. Payments for educational programs are refundable only if cancellation is requested 14 days before the program start date. Luncheon reservations must be cancelled prior to the registration deadline.

• Full name as it appears on the payment method.

• Date of purchase and receipt number.

• Details of the issue and reason for requesting a refund.

3. Refund Assessment

• Refund requests will be reviewed within 30 days.

• If additional documentation or evidence is required, our team will contact you promptly.

4. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

• We do not process cash or check refunds for credit or debit card transactions.
