1. Organizational Purpose

AGA – Nashville Chapter is a registered nonprofit organization. Our primary focus is to provide continuing education programs and raise funds to benefit community projects and initiatives.

3.3 Refunds

• Payments for educational programs are refundable only if cancellation is requested 14 days before the program start date. Luncheon reservations must be cancelled prior to the registration deadline.

• Donations are generally non-refundable unless there was an error in processing.

5. Continuing Education Programs

5.1 Registration

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered a refund or transfer to a future program.

6. Fundraising Initiatives

• Donations collected during fundraising events or campaigns are used solely for community projects and operational expenses, as described in the event or campaign materials.

• Donors will receive receipts for tax purposes, where applicable.

All materials provided in our continuing education programs, including but not limited to course content, videos, and handouts, are the intellectual property of AGA – Nashville Chapter or the presenters. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
