For the month of January, we will be collecting monetary donations for the Nashville Humane Association, along with volunteering in person. 

Volunteer Opportunity: Monday, January 19, 2026 | 10am - 12pm

The tasks can vary depending on what they need on that day. Some of the thinks we may be helping with are listed below:

• Raking of leaves and picking up sticks and such in the outside play yard
• Prepping food bank food
• Taking large dog/cat food and condensing it down into smaller gallon sized zip lock bags for staff to be able to hand out to people in need during our weekly food bank
• Prepping Kongs – Filling them with treats and peanut butter and then placing them in the freezer so they are ready and prepared for staff to hand out the next day to all dogs
• Helping with laundry/dishes
• Helping staff clean laundry (dirty towels, blankets, toys, etc.) and dishes (dirty bowls, hard toys, etc.)
• Filling adoption packets
• Putting all required handouts in the adoption folders so they are ready for staff when an animal gets adopted
